Jan Hall

Jan joined Guardion in June 2023, and is an experienced business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the dietary supplement, food, beverage, consumer healthcare, and skincare industries, including both domestic and international markets. Prior to her current role, she was CEO of rapidly growing M2 Ingredients Inc which is a vertically integrated, FDA registered businesss in the organic functional mushroom segment. She is a highly regarded veteran of big consumer health and consumables having held executive positions at Johnson & Johnson and the Coca-Cola Company.

Craig Sheehan

Craig Sheehan spent 20 years in key marketing leadership positions at Church & Dwight, where he drove the growth of such iconic, science-backed brands as Arm & Hammer^®, First Response^®, OxiClean^®, and Vitafusion^®. He was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2021 after being the senior executive responsible for the Viactiv^® brand for the last four years with the prior owner.

Prior to her appointment in August 2023 as Chief Accounting Officer, Ms. Cox served as the Company’s Head of Financial Planning and Analysis since June 2022. Prior to joining Guardion, Ms. Cox served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis of Catalent Pharma Solutions, a subsidiary of Catalent, Inc. and as Finance Manager of Baxter Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Baxter International. Ms. Cox holds a BA in Psychology from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Susan Klein

Susan is a Naturopathic Doctor with over a decade of industry experience in condition-specific nutraceutical product lines. Prior to joining Guardion Health Sciences, Susan was VP of Medical Education for Acumen Health Holdings. Her ability to effectively collaborate and conduct strategic planning with key opinion leaders, sales, marketing and medical regulatory enables her to design and execute targeted, scientific and educational campaigns to both consumers and health care professionals.

Board of Directors

The GHS Board of Directors is comprised of talented individuals with a specific range of expertise brought together with the goals of growing the company’s revenue and profitability and boosting shareholder value. Our team has combined expertise in finance, science, medicine, marketing, commercialization and product development that is directly related to the eye care, nutraceutical and medical device markets.

Robert N. Weingarten

Robert is an experienced business consultant and advisor with an ongoing financial consulting practice. Since 1979 he has provided financial consulting and advisory services to numerous public companies in various stages of development, operation, or reorganization. In 2014, Robert was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cortex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Cortex”), and was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cortex.

Donald A. Gagliano

Initially commissioned in the Corps of Engineers, Donald served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Company Commander. Following medical school, he completed a residency in Ophthalmology and a fellowship in Retinal Diseases and Surgery. He is the author of multiple publications and book chapters, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a longstanding member of the Retina Society and the American Society of Retinal Specialists.

Michaela has over 20 years of experience at leading Pharmaceutical, Health, Wellness, and Beauty organizations, bringing to Guardion her strong marketing acumen and deep experience in consumer-driven and healthcare professional-driven markets. Most recently, she served as CEO for Southern California Reproductive Center, and prior to that was part of Barco Uniforms, Allergan, Bayer Healthcare, 3M Unitek, and Tria Beauty where she was instrumental in developing and improving brand, retail, and distribution strategies.

David Evans

David Evans, PhD, MBA, has served as the company’s Chief Science Officer and was the founder of the company’s subsidiary VectorVision. Dr. Evans also joined the Guardion Board of Directors effective with the company’s acquisition of VectorVision on September 29, 2017. Dr. Evans is well known for his pioneering work in vision assessment and is the inventor of the CSV-1000, VectorVision’s flagship product line.
